For baseball and softball players
Talent gets you noticed. Your mental game decides what happens next.
At every jump, from high school to college, college to pro, and pro up to the next level, everybody around you is suddenly as talented as you are. The game gets faster, you get fewer chances, and every one of them is being watched.
That's where good players get stuck. Not because the swing or the arm stopped working, but because one bad inning starts following them into the next one.
Players I've coached compete atMississippi State · Liberty · Louisiana Tech · Northeastern · U.S. Naval Academy · Saint Joseph's · Tufts · University of Indianapolis · Merrimack · USC Aiken · Hobart · RIT

Questions
Good to know
I'm under 18. Can I do this?
Yes. A parent buys the assessment or books the call, and is welcome on the first session.
Is this therapy?
No. It's performance training for competition. If something bigger is going on, I'll help you find the right person.
Do you work with softball players?
Yes. Everything here applies to baseball and softball.
Can we meet in person?
Sessions are on Zoom, so location doesn't matter. In person when schedules line up in Rochester, NY.
I'm a coach. Is there a team version?
Yes. Every player on your roster assessed, a team report for your staff, and a weekend or season of training. See team programs.
